Saipan peeps, we're moving by August 1st.  We have to downsize and are selling some stuff.  I'm giving you first dibs.  Prices and pix to follow...

• Nice big treadmill that folds away.
• Dining room table with four chairs.  Is round, but has an extension that pops up.
• Coffee table.
• Refrigerator.

The house in Kagman (actually Cha Cha) that we are renting will be available.  If you know of anyone wanting a nice spacious house with a fabulous yard, please let me know and I will refer you to our landlady.

I had to Laugh

This is what I saw this morning in the parking lot at work.  Now why haven't I thought of this little time-saver??

At first I thought someone had modified it and made it into a "trunk" for their helmet.  But, no, it really was still a rice cooker with 22 minutes until lunch.
